This enables our team to resolve many issues quickly and efficiently, with no need for an onsite visit, which in turn offers a rapid reponse of 4 hours from the time that your fault is logged with us. This response time is greatly reduced from a callout , where obviously travelling time has to be taken into account.
We firmly believe that this is not only a very cost effective means of supporting your IT solution, but this technology can also be utilised for system maintenance, software updates and regular health checks for your computers.
As with all services, we appreciate that cost is a major factor when selecting the most suitable package for your individual situation. At Flexcomm we operate a keen pricing policy and believe that our customers deserve first rate service at a reasonable price. We currently offer a range of different remote packages which are outlined below.
Package 1
Setup Fee - £50.00 + VAT inclusive of onsite visit to configure Remote Support & 1 hour of supportPay as you go £35.00 + VAT per hour (billed in 15min blocks)
Package 2
Setup fee – freePurchase a pre-determined block of hours at a reduced rate, with reductions of up to 50% when taking on our higher packages.
