Using our new Block Hours Scheme, we are offering you the opportunity to pre-purchase Maintenance and Support Hours for your company to be used exactly as and when you need them, within a 6 month time period. These could be used to rectify any problems you experience, overhaul your network or even provide support and staff training on your IT systems.
After receiving a service call from yourselves, we aim to have a field engineer on site within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) with the promise we will attend as soon as is possible, providing a same day service if at all feasible. Our charges for this service incorporate all maintenance and support issues excluding the provision of any replacement hardware which may be required. If this is the case then we are in a great position to source the components for you at very competitive prices.
There are no hidden costs such as call out fees or travelling costs (within 10 miles of our Stafford Office), you simply choose the amount of hours you would like to credit your account with. As you will notice from the pricing structure below, the larger blocks are offered at a discounted rate.
